Phil Collins BSc (Hons) PG Dip., C. DHP, Dip. LC (inst. LC), PG Cert. C. Sup.
Phil served in the Royal Air Force for 20 years as an electronics engineer. However, during the latter years he studied psychology with the Open University and was awarded an Upper Second Class Honours Degree, he also gained a certificate in counselling at Shrewsbury college. He took voluntary redundancy in 1996 as he felt that he wanted to move in to the world of helping people. After leaving the RAF he gained a Post Graduate Diploma in counselling at Keele University and found work with an alcohol counselling agency where he worked in partnership with the local Probation Service. He has since become self employed and has a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and is a qualified Life Coach. He is also a qualified Supervisor in counselling following further training at Keele.
He practices from a consulting room in his home in Mid Wales.
