Excellent explanations of therapies, protocols and laws etc. Phil made it all seem so easy and the course was taught in a very relaxing manner. He was very supportive and never tired of giving explanations when needed. I really enjoyed this course and am delighted to have met and been taught by Phil. A good comprehensive course.
